The aim is to stay aware and conscious while following verbal instructions that systematically relax the body, calm the mind, and guide you into a deep state between wakefulness and sleep. Michelle will be reading a guided meditation we wrote and it will be accompanied by gentle sounds from singing bowls and gongs. It should last about 45 minutes. They say one session is as restorative as a few hours of sleep! Space is limited, please RSVP to secure a spot. Non fee for this class, donations are accepted.

Therapist + Healer Camp Out
This relaxed weekend campout is an invitation to come into the wilderness and create space for yourself. Designed for therapists, mental health professionals, and others in the body and energy healing professions, you are invited to come and find a space just for you. We will offer sound baths, some yoga/breath work, and a nourishing group dinner. The weekend is yours to make it what YOU need, perhaps you need to get caught up on notes, maybe you need quiet decompression time in forest meditation or a local hike. You can be as social as you want, finding community around the campfire, or you can go inward and spend time in healing spaces for your own body and mind.
There are 5 cabins that can fit 7 people (two cabins have space for double occupancy) and then there are tent sites available for a “bring your own tent.”
We are a 100% solar powered nature sanctuary. Nestled on 5 private acres with mountain views, we have colorful gardens and flowering meadows, everything here runs on sunlight.
We like to call this experience “elevated camping”: there’s a composting toilet, you can rinse off under our outdoor shower, unwind in the wood-fired sauna, and take a soak in the cedar hot tub under a canopy of stars. Our retreats are held in our outdoor nature sanctuary.
Nature is our co-facilitator—expect a curious deer, the songs of frogs or owls (definitely a rooster or two), and probably some bugs and spiders, please come prepared for all aspects that nature has to offer. All of our retreats are drug and alcohol free.
Price: $50 for a tent spot and $100 for a cabin. Spots are limited, please email Michelle@wildheartretreat.org for more info and to put a deposit down to save your spot.

About your facilitator: Molly Harrigan
“I became a dedicated student of herbalism in 2016 and have continued learning about plants
found in Washington State since then. I love learning about the variety of ways that plants can
encourage healing and then crafting them to meet our individual needs. In my own experience,
there’s greater freedom from the pharmacy when I boost my baseline health with plant
medicine.”

Yoga with Phoebe
Phone is a certified Hatha + Vinyasa Yoga Instructor (RYS 200). She has been practicing yoga for 15 years, and she finally got my teaching certification last fall in the Canary Islands.
Here is a note from her:
While the first decade of my practice was fitness-centered, as is common in the West, something deeper always drew me back to yoga again and again. In the last few years, I encountered authentic yoga teachings, in which rather than only sweaty power flows and flexibility contents, there was stillness, breathing, presence, and curiosity. This challenged the fundamental ideas I held about what it meant and felt like to be in my body, and how to listen rather than ignore or push through. As a teacher, my goal is to help you connect to the true meaning of yoga, a Sanskrit word that means unity: to unite the mind and body, the movement and breath, and to unite our individual consciousness with the cosmic consciousness.
