Autumn’s Re-wilding Retreat
Embark on a journey back to your primal self amidst the untouched beauty of nature. This retreat comes after the Fall Equinox and the cyclical change in season is an invitation to let go of what is no longer serving us. We can look towards the natural world to reconnect with our own spirits through sound baths, forest meditations, cacao ceremonies, holistic healing through saunas, breath work, yoga, and more.
Shed the layers of modern life and rediscover your natural way of being. Each retreat offers healing workshops, holistic practices, meditations and communal connections with a like-minded community under the canopy of the stars.
All retreats are drug and alcohol free in order to deeply connect with yourself.
$500 price includes all activities and glamping cabin accommodations, nourishing and seasonal food will be available.
*Spaces are limited to ensure a personal and profound experience.*

Sound and Silence Retreat
Unplug at our Silence & Sound retreat. You’ll be surrounded by the calming magic of an old growth forest. This immersive escape will invite you to quiet the chatter in your mind through silent listening, gentle yoga, intentional breathwork, holistic healing with saunas, and meditating under the towering trees. Together we will surrender to the stillness of nature and restore balance with soothing daily sound baths, all within the tranquil embrace of our lush forest sanctuary. Join us for a soul nourishing journey of reflection, renewal, and resonance.
You’ll get a cozy rustic cabin, simple healthy meals, and light guidance from your hosts. We’ll break the silence on Sunday morning and have an opportunity to share insights and experiences with fellow retreat goers.
There is no set fee for this retreat, we will just ask you to donate at the end whatever amount you choose.
Yoga with Phoebe
Phone is a certified Hatha + Vinyasa Yoga Instructor (RYS 200). She has been practicing yoga for 15 years, and she finally got my teaching certification last fall in the Canary Islands.
Here is a note from her:
While the first decade of my practice was fitness-centered, as is common in the West, something deeper always drew me back to yoga again and again. In the last few years, I encountered authentic yoga teachings, in which rather than only sweaty power flows and flexibility contents, there was stillness, breathing, presence, and curiosity. This challenged the fundamental ideas I held about what it meant and felt like to be in my body, and how to listen rather than ignore or push through. As a teacher, my goal is to help you connect to the true meaning of yoga, a Sanskrit word that means unity: to unite the mind and body, the movement and breath, and to unite our individual consciousness with the cosmic consciousness.
