this is our collective story of humanity.

In this life we are walking each other home, and it’s an honor to be a part of that journey. I offer trauma informed, somatic depth work that is infused with attunement, humor, psycho-spirituality, and existential wisdom.

Trained in yoga and meditation practices, I believe we can only go so far balancing our mind using our mind, but, we are able to harness our bodies and our nervous system to truly bring a more complete healing to our inner landscape. Alongside talk therapy, I utilize somatic and body centered processes to discover a deeper sense of peace. I also am focused on the connection between our natural world and our inner psychic spaces. I am intrigued by, and love offering, the opportunity to enter the wilderness around us as we explore the wildness within. Together we will explore your life and stories and create space to deepen your connection to your inner world.

“And one day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”

— Anaïs Nin
