This retreat is a space to soften into yourself and return to a gentler rhythm. Similar to the spring buds that are beginning to unfurl, this weekend retreat will be a reopening of yourself into new ways of being.
We will work on accepting all parts of ourselves and reconnecting to our inner selves through holistic healing practices, daily yoga, kundalini kriyas and breath work, meditation, daily sound baths, nourishing organic meals, saunas, and time spent in silence and nature, giving yourself the opportunity to begin anew and come to life this Spring.
