The Rewilding Retreats

Our Invitation

A gentle pause from the pace of everyday life, an unfurling into new spaces and new ways of being. Our Rewilding Retreat in the Upper Skagit Valley is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself, through guided experiences, restorative space, and time to simply be.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Connective Energy

Connection is a part of the process, both to the natural space around you, to your inner spaces, and to the other souls present.

❋ Expert Guidance

Michelle is a licensed LMHC, Somatic Trauma Psychotherapist and a registered yoga and meditation teacher in Hatha/Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Yoga Nidra. She is Reiki Level 1 certified and also has a background in forest therapy and spirituality.

Sam has extensive experience as a sound practitioner. He was trained at the Seattle Sound Temple and leads monthly community sound baths, private sessions, and teaches introductory classes. He has devoted many years to the study and embodiment of spiritual wisdom.

❋ A Restorative Space

Our events are held on our 100% solar powered nature sanctuary. We are nestled on 5 private acres with mountain views, colorful gardens and flowering meadows and old growth trees, everything here runs on sunlight.

We like to call this experience “elevated camping”: you can rinse off under our heated outdoor shower, unwind in the wood-fired sauna, and take a soak in the cedar hot tub under a canopy of stars.

Nature is our co-facilitator—expect a curious deer, the songs of frogs or owls (definitely a rooster or two), and probably some bugs and spiders, please come prepared for all aspects that nature has to offer.

We will spend our time in rhythmic sound baths, finding stillness in forest meditations and rainforest hikes, sharing stories during communal gatherings, opening our hearts during cacao ceremonies, and embracing holistic healing through saunas, kundalini yoga, breath work, and more. Each moment is crafted to deepen your connection to all parts of yourself through workshops and guided meditations designed to connect you to your inner guidance.

You will have the opportunity to book a reiki session or massage while at the retreat, all of our retreats are drug and alcohol free.

Total cost ranges from $250-500 depending on accommodation choice.

“And one day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
