A Men’s 4-Night Mountain Wellness Retreat. Presence, Connection, and Inner Peace in the North Cascades
In a world of constant hustle, screens, and hidden loneliness, many men feel disconnected from themselves, their purpose, and the world around them. This men’s retreat offers a powerful reset: a safe, nature-oriented space to break the cycle of isolation, reclaim your inner strength, and step into a more authentic, grounded life.
Blending mountain hikes, breath work and meditation, sharing circles, communal meals, sound healing and accountable brotherhood, this retreat offers profound tools for mental clarity and lasting change.
Nestled in our small rural wellness center surrounded by old-growth forests, gardens, and creative structures, you’ll experience:
• Guided mountain and forest hikes and nature immersion for presence and perspective
• Fire-circles for deep listening, sharing, and storytelling
• Partnered exercises that foster real brotherhood and vulnerability as power
• Sound baths featuring alchemy crystal singing bowls and powerful gongs to unwind, integrate, and access deep relaxation
• Property amenities include a cedar hot tub, wood fired sauna, outdoor hot shower, handmade pizza oven, covered outdoor kitchen and gathering space, fruit trees, vegetable and flower gardens, fresh eggs from our chickens, and easy access to a 600 acre old growth forest
Limited to a max of 7 men with both 1 and 2 person “camping cabins” available. You’ll get healthy and hearty daily meals which we’ll prepare together. You’ll leave with practical daily practices, accountability partners, an integration plan, and scheduled check-ins to sustain your growth long after you return home.
This is both a nature getaway and an investment in personal growth, deeper relationships, and greater peace within.
This retreat will be led by Sam Largent who has decades of experience leading people in the mountains and wilderness plus an extensive background in sound healing, spiritual practices, meditation, community building, and hospitality. Sam and his wife Michelle have built this wellness center from the ground up over the past 5+ years and co-host retreats and community events throughout the year.
